GENERAL TERMS OF USE
The visitor / user / customer of the website www.easy-driver.gr is strongly encouraged to carefully read and take into account the terms of use before proceeding to make a commercial transaction, i.e. to buy a service from this website, since in such a case it is deemed that the User has completely and a priori accepted the content of these terms, which therefore constitute part of the undeniable content of the conducted transaction. In case the User disagrees with the above, he should refrain from using this website.
The following terms of use apply to all of the content and to everything generally included in the pages of our software.Easy-driver.gr may at any time amend the terms and conditions of use, in the context of improvement of the services provided or adjustment to the actual current data. No amendment of these terms will be taken into consideration nor constitute part of a transaction nor bind the User, unless previously expressed in writing and incorporated in the transaction in its’ online form.
Every time the User uses this website or, more importantly, every time they make a transaction, they must check for possible modifications: by using the site and making a transaction the User is deemed to accept the modified terms and therefore is accordingly bound by them. Otherwise they must refrain from using / visiting our website.
Payment Policy.
- Payments can be made in the following ways:
- A) To the referred company’s bank account. (payment receipt required)
- B) Through electronic POS of the website.
- C) Through the PayPal account of the company (info@easy-driver.gr)
Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
For cancellations 3 days prior to transfer / excursion, the prepayment made by the customer is refunded. In case of a late cancellation or non-appearance of the customer, the deposit is not refunded.
The quoted prices are in Euros (€) and refer to excursions from 1 to 8 persons. Absolutely necessary requirement is that our company shall be informed by the customer about the full names of each additional person who will be involved.
Prices include tolls, fuel and all legal taxes. Food, beverages and museum tickets / archaeological sites are not included.
E-mail deposit receipt is required.
Luggage
- When booking your transfer, you are given the opportunity to declare the exact baggage you will carry with you during your transportation. It is your responsibility to set the correct type of car for your transportation, based on the registered luggage and the number of passengers. Note that among other parameters, the price given and the type of car assigned to your transportation service are subject to marked baggage. If you arrive with more luggage than you have placed in your reservation and do not fit the trunk of the car, our driver will be happy to help you get an extra taxi from the taxi stand. Our company, Traveltransfer, is not responsible for all costs incurred in case an additional vehicle is required to carry unjustified excess baggage, nor is the transport service subject to a refund due to excessive baggage.
Complimentary Waiting Time Policy
Your Welcomer will be waiting for You at the Pick Up place at the time that is scheduled in the
Booking Order, subject to the provisions of this Complementary Waiting Time Policy and Extra
Waiting Time Policy, so You must make sure that You show up in time, to avoid as being
marked as a non-show where all the Terms of the Travellers’ No – Show Policy apply.
The Company offers the following complimentary waiting times, depending on the type of
Transfer booked:
- Airport: 60 minutes
- Port, Train Station, Bus Station: 30 minutes
- Other pickups (incl. Sightseeing Rides): 20 minutes
The complimentary waiting time starts counting from the scheduled pickup time.
More specifically, for an airport/port pickup where the scheduled pickup time is other than the
flight/ship arrival time and the flight/ship is delayed and expected later than the scheduled
pickup time, the new arrival time becomes the pickup time.
For an airport/port pickup where the scheduled pickup time is the flight/ship arrival time and
there is a flight/ship delay, the complimentary waiting time starts from the moment the flight/ship
arrives provided the Traveller has provided correct and adequate flight/ship details to allow for
the tracking of the arrival. The above is true for up to 8 hours of flight/ship delay. If the flight/ship
is delayed more than 8 hours, the Transfer is cancelled and the entire Transfer fee is refunded
to the Traveller.
For an airport/port pickup where the pickup time is the flight/ship arrival time and the flight/ship
arrives earlier than the scheduled time, the scheduled pickup time remains the initial scheduled
pickup time.
For an airport pickup where the Travellers are arriving with more than one flights, the Company
considers the scheduled pickup time to be the one declared by the Traveller as the arrival time
during the booking, or an updated arrival time as per the Traveller Change Request Policy. Any
notes left by the Traveller during the booking mentioning several flights do not constitute a
scheduled pickup time adjustment. In the occasion where a group of Travellers arriving with
multiple flights landing at different times have booked one Transfer, it is suggested that they add
in the flight details the flight arriving last.
